A "yes" vote supported continuing the city's five cents per gallon tax on diesel fuel and allocating the revenue for highways, roads, streets, and alleys.
A "no" vote opposed continuing the city's five cents per gallon tax on diesel fuel and allocating the revenue for highways, roads, streets, and alleys.

Nevada Medidas Electorales

Question 1Nevada Equal Rights Amendment (2022)

A "yes" vote supported adding language to the Nevada Constitution that prohibits the denial or abridgment of rights on account of an individual's race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, ancestry or national origin.
A "no" vote opposed this amendment to the Nevada Constitution that prohibits the denial or abridgment of rights on account of an individual's race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, ancestry or national origin.
Question 2Nevada Minimum Wage Amendment (2022)

A "yes" vote supported amending the state constitution to:
  • increase the minimum wage for all employees in Nevada to $12 per hour by July 1, 2024; 
  • remove the existing annual inflation adjustments to the minimum wage; and 
  • allow the state legislature to pass a minimum wage law setting the rate higher than the constitutionally mandated minimum.
A "no" vote opposed this amendment, thereby maintaining the existing increase of the minimum wage to $11 for employees receiving health benefits and $12 for employees not receiving health benefits by 2024 with annual inflation adjustments required by the state constitution.
